I’m Abby Neitzel, a hometown real estate agent based in Lomira, WI. Growing up in the area, I’ve always had a strong connection to the community and the people who make it feel like home. My love for homes and architectural design started at a young age, inspired by sunny pontoon rides with my grandparents and an appreciation for the unique details and character that make each home special.

Outside of real estate, I love spending time outdoors, swimming, boating, staying active, cooking, baking, and spending time with dogs through my side dog-sitting business. I also studied Nutrition and Dietetics at the University of Wisconsin–Green Bay.

My career has always centered around service. From working as a caretaker at an assisted living facility to managing the Lomira pool and volunteering in my community, I’ve developed patience, organization, empathy, and a strong commitment to helping others.

I bring a service-first mindset, strong work ethic, and design-focused eye to real estate. My sales superpower is listening and truly paying attention. I want my clients to feel heard, informed, and supported throughout the process.
