Hi I'm Toya! I was born in Chicago, Illinois and raised in the charming town of Southbury, Connecticut, I bring a diverse background and a heart for service to everything I do. I hold a BA degree from American College and Ray College, and over the years, I’ve built a career rooted in connection, leadership, and care.

Before stepping into real estate, I spent 13 years managing Motel 6, worked as an Account Executive, and led teams in retail management.

Outside of work, I’m a proud boy mom who loves lake time, good music, and giving back—one of my most meaningful experiences was doing mission work in Italy.

My greatest strength in sales is truly listening and offering encouragement. I’m passionate about helping clients feel confident and supported through every step of their real estate journey.
